• We were hired by two Systems Engineers who owned a consulting firm in this field, and were working on a technological project to be launched independently. After that, we conducted a diagnosis of its potential and analyzed how we could collaborate strategically to promote it.
  
• After our analysis, we proposed that Abexa could contribute financial support, expertise and professional consultancy to the undertaking.
  
• The negotiations resulted in Abexa having an interest in the new company. As owners we provided knowledge in accounting and legal services, and developed ties with overseas contacts.
  
• The business began to expand and comply with the pre-established growth stages; we supported the development of the new company that was gradually gaining experience.
  
• We held an Investor Deck and gave a series of presentations, where various venture capital and seed capital funds participated. One of them decided to make a strong capital contribution, which turned a small local company into a business with global projection.
  
• This was followed by three years of sustained growth in key business metrics, and a launch that was organized in several new markets.
  
• The process attracted the interest of a strategic player in the sector listed on Nasdaq, who decided to acquire the company. The final operation implied a capital gain of over 10 times for all the partners.
